چکیده

The capabilities of inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectrometry (ICP-AES) for the determination tantalum in alloy steels without separation matrix components have been analyzed. analytical lines and method sample preparation are selected. effect acids present analyzed solution on signal Та has studied. Optimal conditions measurements were determined by changing one operational parameters at simultaneous stabilization all other parameters. influence metrological characteristics technique evaluated proceeding from results analysis certified mixtures (CM). To assess correctness obtained we used standard addition technique. A measuring mass fraction steel samples ICP-AES content range 0. 01 % to 05 thus developed.
